  • Volunteers must keep all sensitive information confidential.

  • Do not disclose any personal, proprietary, or sensitive information to unauthorized persons.​
     

5. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Volunteers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled shifts.

  • If you are unable to attend, please notify the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible.
     

6. Health and Safety

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

  • Report any injuries or health concerns to staff immediately.

7. Media Release

Volunteers consent to being photographed or filmed during events. These images may be used for promotional purposes.

8. Liability Release

Volunteers participate at their own risk. Ayalaweya LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during volunteer activities.

  • Notify the volunteer coordinator promptly if you are unable to meet your commitments.

10. Conflict Resolution

  • Address any concerns or conflicts with the volunteer coordinator promptly.

  • Maintain a cooperative attitude and work towards amicable solutions.

11. Termination

Ayalaweya LLC reserves the right to terminate volunteer status at any time for failure to adhere to policies or guidelines.
