  • Do not disclose client information, project details, or trade secrets.
     

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials, ideas, or products developed during freelance work are the intellectual property of Ayalaweya LLC or its clients, as specified in individual project agreements.
 

6. Liability Release

Freelancers participate at their own risk. Ayalaweya LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during freelance activities.

7. Media Release

Freelancers consent to the use of their name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in photos, videos, or other media for promotional purposes.

8. Commitment to Deadlines

  • Complete assigned tasks and projects by the agreed-upon deadlines.

  • Communicate promptly if any issues arise that may affect your ability to meet deadlines.

9. Conflict of Interest

Disclose any potential conflicts of interest and avoid activities that may be in conflict with Ayalaweya LLC’s interests or those of its clients.

10. Compliance with Laws

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in the performance of your duties.

11. Consent for Database Inclusion

By joining the freelance database, freelancers consent to having their profile added to the Ayalaweya LLC freelance directory on the website. This allows potential clients to view profiles and contact freelancers for opportunities.

12. Amendment of Terms

Ayalaweya LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
